·         The Evening with the Embassy Event will be organized as follows:

·         Special One-on-One Introduction and Informal Discussion with the Ambassador:

o        A special informal introductory session beginning at 5:45 P.M. with the Ambassador, the Economic Counselor, and his key Consul members.

o        Individual photograph with His Excellency The Ambassador taken and sent directly to your email address and/or web site.

·         The "Ambassador's Briefing" beginning at 6:15 P.M., the Country Briefing Report among other informative publications about Bosnian investing, trade, and travel, list of all formal names, titles, and contact numbers at the Embassy; a complete "Participant's Listing", and

·         A full reception at 7:00 P.M. featuring Bosnian national foods and beverages along with unique national music as available following the formal presentations.

·         To have your Corporate or company sponsor the event please contact The Eurasia Center or respond with the sponsorship for the event of $500.00.  Benefits from sponsorship include:

·         Corporate/Organization Sponsorship at $500.00 for the “Evening” includes:  

o        Full identification and logo rights featured on the eLetter invitations;

o        Corporate/Organization Signage identification at the event;

o        Special introductions at the beginning of the One-to-One Session and at the beginning of the reception.

o        A videotape copy of the "INTERNATIONAL INVESTOR" television broadcast. Individual photograph with His Excellency The Ambassador sent directly to your email address and/or web site.

o        A scheduled interview about you and your organization concerning your interest in Bosnia to be included in the one-half hour televised session by the INTERNATIONAL INVESTOR which is broadcast to 55 American cities and 132 nations overseas following the event.

o        Special informal introductory hour from 5:45 P.M. with the Ambassador, Counselors,  and key Consul members along with the "Ambassador's Briefing", the Country Briefing Report, and list of all formal names, titles, and contact numbers at the Embassy; complete "Participants Listing", and the special  reception featuring Bosnian national foods and beverages along with unique national music as available.

• An annual sponsorship of $3000.00 includes all of the above benefits with the addition of an automatic year’s membership in The Eurasia Center/EBC.
